Northcote Point

The brief was to create a home that adapts to the needs of a modern, evolving family, so we created a concept that offered a contemporary take on a traditional home. The design embraces soft, natural materials, with a particular focus on timber. Lofty ceilings and skylights enhance the spatial flow, which creates an airy, expansive feel. This home is not only sustainable but also supportive – a welcoming gathering place that celebrates family and coming together.
